Wednesday, between 1:00 - 2:30 PM, the Peregrine pair was within 100 - 200
feet of me at Snoqualmie Falls. They circled several times, rarely a wing
beat, above the river below the falls, to the right of the overlook. They
turned left toward the falls. One perched on a stick tree branch, on the
Lodge side of the falls, and was easily visible by eye, much less binoculars
and scope; the other had disappeared. As I was about to leave, the perched
one left its branch, start sweeping circles, and was immediately joined by
the other. After two complete circles, they crossed in front of the falls
to the cliff on the far side. They disappeared from view due to their
color, the grey wall and the mist. And was it misty!
