Much to my surprise, while looking out my back window this morning I saw what I thought to be an albino flicker lying quite dead beneath the firs. Upon closer inspection it was a cockatiel, and it was banded. WG AR 06. If anybody knows of this unfortunate bird, please contact me. I'm sure the owner would like to give a proper burial.

I suppose it would be better to post this on the parrot keeper's list-serve instead.
