There is an eagles nest at Capitol Lake in Olympia. I saw the big white head sticking up like a sore thumb. It stayed on the nest the whole time that me and my puppy walked down to lower Tumwater Falls. There are also many birds of all kind: Ducks, swans and blue herons are all seen there.

Next time I'm taking my binoculars and my birdbook. Lots of fun.
