I scoped the nest box site on the Warren Ave bridge a few minutes ago from
my yard (how cool is that??) and spied a Peregrine Falcon perched near the
box. I watched for a bit, turns out it was the female because she assumed
the position and the male flew in and copulated with her. So, looks like we
may have falcon babies again in Bremerton! If any of you have e-mail
addresses for Martin Muller and Ed Deal, will you kindly forward this to
them so they know the falcons are back at the nest box? Thanks.

Also, the Western Scrub-jays are still around the Manette area, I hear them
carrying on every so often.
