I just heard a bunch of American Robins calling overhead in the U-district
just before 11:00 PM. Robins are usually fairly quite in nocturnal
migration so there is probably a fairly sizable flight going on. If you
have the change, step outside and listen. It is impressive to have tangible
evidence that thousands of birds are passing right over your head.
