Subject: FW: [Tweeters] Montlake confounding codes - WTSP & WCSP = Z.

I rashly sent that last e-mail without actually checking the sceintific
names. As I usually do botanical Latin / Greek I ended up with a
"white-stallked" Zonotrichia sparrow (albicaulis) instead of the correct Z.
albicollis - "white-necked" and jumped to the conclusion that the White
Crowned Sparrow would be "albifrons" or "white fronted", but it should have
been Z. leucophrys - "white-phrysed Zonotrichia sparrow" (I'm afraid I don't
know the translation for "phrys", but I imagine it may refer to the top of
the head)
