Subject: [Tweeters] Spokane.... Bewick's Wren Question

Hi, Sherry:

Almost all years on the Christmas Bird Count (but not the last two) we've
found Bewick's Wrens in the bushes around a large golf course on the west side
of Spokane (a large year-round creek runs beside the golf course) and there
are quite large homes around the perimeter of the course, many of which have
feeders. Not that I've ever seen a Bewick's Wren at a feeder but with all the
cover, the water and the food availability it's good habitat for most birds.
