Subject: [Tweeters] BirdWeb - Request for Images

Hello Tweets,

We are working to improve BirdWeb, the online guide to the birds and
habitat of Washington from Seattle Audubon. Check it out at
www.birdweb.org

Since the content for the site was first written in 2003 the Washington
Bird Records Committee has added several new species to the state list.
As we write accounts (as well as update existing records), I am in the
search for the accompanying images.

To make it interesting, I would like to include images of the actual
records for Washington. (Check out Gray-tailed Tattler
<http://birdweb.org/birdweb/bird_details.aspx?value=search&id=154> ,
Siberian Accentor
<http://birdweb.org/birdweb/bird_details.aspx?value=search&id=361> , and
Rustic Bunting
<http://birdweb.org/birdweb/bird_details.aspx?value=search&id=429> -
all photos of the actual records - thank you Dennis!). All images will
be displayed at 225-pixels square and attribution will be included
underneath the image, with link if you'd like.

Please let me know if you have high-quality images of the following
records:

Bean Goose

Baikal Teal

Greater Shearwater

Ashy Storm-Petrel

Glossy Ibis

Crested Caracara

Red-necked Stint

Little Stint

Temminck's Stint

Alder Flycatcher

Northern Wheatear

Dusky Thrush

Bay-breasted Warbler

But let's not stop there. If you have good images of other Washington
rarities, please let me know!

I already have some outstanding contributions from Denny Granstand to
cover Common Eider, as well as Black-tailed and Greater Black-backed
Gull. Thank you Denny!

Please email me the original images, if possible. You can send a CD as
well. Thanks for your time. I look forward to seeing your submissions.

Cheers,
Adam Sedgley
