Thanks for that Wayne. I kind of woke up to that fact as the day wore on,
last Monday. I've been listening to other talk about extirpation and
possible reintroduction in Puget Sound country for so long that I started
thinking they'd been lost throughout western Washington. I need to go
birding at Ridgefield to solidify the place and its birds in my mind. I've
never been there.
