This morning in my yard I had Eurasian Collared Dove, Yellow-headed
Blackbird, Western Kingbird, Scrub Jay (with 50-60 Steller's Jays), Nashville
Warbler, Evening Grosbeaks, as well as most of the usual migrants. A Lazuli Bunting
was also in a yard at the road bend before you get to the lighthouse.

In the afternoon I was joined by Brad Wagner and George Gerdts. We walked to
the point where Brad spotted a Lewis's Woodpecker on a dead shrub behind the
lighthouse. The bird flew off to the south , but returned an hour or so
later. I last saw the bird from my yard at about 4:30 pm.
