Someone from another list I'm on has hummingbird questions. I was also
wondering if there is a good prevention technique which would allow the garage
doors to stay open, too...

We have a lot of hummingbirds around this year and for some reason they like
flying into our garage. Problem is, once they're in there they are drawn to
the skylights and flutter around them and won't fly out of the big garage
doors, so we can't get them out and they die. Its very sad.

We've tried covering the skylights so no light comes through to try and get
them to 'go to the light' through the big doors but to no avail.

We're going a long way to help these guys but nothing is working. Does anyone
have an idea of how to draw them out of the garage once they get in there? The
doors are open a lot; my husband is a mechanic and has lots of projects going
on so keeping the doors closed all the times isn't an option.

Thanks!
