Fellow Bird watchers,
Wednesday afternoon after visiting the heron rookery at the Black River I crossed the street and checked out Waterworks Garden. I was almost to the top of the hill when I saw a Chipping sparrow sitting on an exposed branch right in front of me. I got only a brief look but it was unmistakably a Chipping Sparrow. Waterworks Garden is located at 1200 Monster Road Southwest.
