Seeing the post from Jim Owens made me decide to visit Pioneer Park for my
first time in hopes of photographing the ALBINO AMERICAN ROBIN. As luck
would have it, I was able to locate the robin after about 30 minutes of
searching. Jim was spot on with his directions - I was able to locate it
along Island Crest Way between SE 68th and SE 63rd Street. The Robin stayed
along the road while I was there, occasionally flying from tree-to-tree and
into the grass at times. It was not as skittish as you might expect for an
Albino.
