Hello All,
This morning we located the following species at the millet pond along North
Shore Dr. on the Wallula HMU of McNary NWR southwestern Walla Walla County.

SNOWY EGRET.....one adult in breeding plumage.
WHITE-FACED IBIS.....one adult
Black-crowned Night-Heron.....25 birds
Great Egret......4 birds
American White Pelican.....43 birds
Am. Avocet......6 birds
Black-necked Stilt......4 birds

Tyson Ponds

BLACK-BELLIED PLOVER.....2 two in breeding plumage.
PECTORAL SANDPIPER......1bird. rare at this location in Spring.
Red-necked Phalarope.....9 birds
Wilsons Phalarope.....6 birds
Long-billed Dowitcher.......9 birds.
Black-necked Stilt......10 birds

We were out in the field birding with John Gatchet and Russ Koppendryer.
