Greetings

A couple semi-birding friends of mine stumbled upon the ibis up by Ferndale.
After they'd driven away, the called me via cell phone and asked my why there
was no white around the face....

So, perhaps the bird is an immature, but has anyone eliminated Glossy Ibis on
this bird?
