The Lazuli Bunting provided many good views at Kent Ponds this morning. At Tukwila Ponds crows were attacking an Osprey which gave us a spectacular look as it flew right overhead. There also were many Northern Rough-winged Swallows at Tukwila Ponds. A Spotted Sandpiper was at Boeing Ponds on the east shore walking among the willow tree. We got even better looks at two Spotted Sandpipers at the construction pond along 212th Ave. just west of Russell Road and the Green River. We had a total of38 species on this ELWAS field trip.
