Hello Tweets,

I saw a solitary Snow Bunting out at 13th Division Prairie in Training
Area 14 on Fort Lewis today. It was hanging out in the roads and along
the pavement edges at the northern end of the old runway (Pacemaker).
Access is permitted onto Fort Lewis (when training areas are designated
open to the public) with a pass from Range Control. If you don't have an
access pass you must go to Range Control to get one (they're good for a
year). However, to get to Range Control, you will need to go to the
Main Gate (Exit 120) and get a temporary access pass for which you'll
need to show D/L, proof of insurance and vehicle registration. Everyone
in the vehicle will also need ID. Once you have your Range Control
access pass (which is different than the pass you will get at Main Gate)
all you need to do in the future is call Range Control (253-967-6371) to
see which training areas are open to the public that day. Range Control
has a map of all the training areas. Training Area 14 is open to the
public tomorrow, Friday 2nd Nov, but closed on Saturday and Sunday.
If you access the Fort w/o an access permit and get caught, you will be fined.

Here's where I saw it today.
