Wife and I went to Paradise on Mt Rainier yesterday for the pick me up we
get from the always present Gray Jays and Ravens. The sunshine and their
antics were both wonderful. A real highlight for the day was a silvertipped,
black phase Red Fox. He was in the parking lot waiting for a handout, but
failing to get one he soon wandered back into the woods below. Looked like
it may have been an older animal but a beautiful one to see all the same.
