9 HARLEQUIN DUCKS at Birch Bay

1 NORTHERN GOSHAWK at Ahtanum Meadows (near Yakima)

1 FERRUGINOUS HAWK near Havillah

3 ROUGHLEGGED HAWKS--1 along Cameron Lake Rd., and 2 at the Waterville Plateau

1 GOLDEN EAGLE along Cameron Lake Rd.

2 MERLIN--1 at Port Susan Nature Conservancy Preserve and 1 along Cameron Lake Rd.

2 RUFFED GROUSE--1 along Lake Rd near Conconully and 1 at Ahtanum Meadows near Yakima

3 SPRUCE GROUSE--all hens. One near Tiffany Spgs CG and the other two near Salmon Meadows CG.

3 THREE-TOED WOODPECKERS between Roger Lake and Freezeout Pass (minimal snow on rd.)

6 NORTHERN SHRIKES

3 BOREAL CHICKADEES at Roger Lake

12 VARIED THRUSHES in a single flock along the road up to Hart's Pass

3 AMERICAN TREE SPARROWS along Cameron Lake Rd.

2 SNOW BUNTINGS (both imm) near the top parking area of Slate Mtn (Hart's Pass). Neglible snow on the road.

70+ RED CROSSBILLS--2 near Loomis and a flock of about 70 in Manning Provencial Park, BC. (Near the lodge).

140 COMMON REDPOLLS at Manning, also near the lodge.
