I have three close-up pictures of an American Robin (AMRO) that has a deformed upper beak--it bends upwards and back. This robin has been in my yard for most of the summer-present, and appears in good health. It took me a while to realize that there was a problem with its beak (and not something sticking up from its mouth), and then a while to get some decent pictures. If you are interested, write me and I will send them to you.
