Hello All,

This morning at 6:45 we found the Great Gray Owl just south of Lowden, Walla
Walla Co. off HWY 12 along Gardena Rd. in the grove of silver maples at the
PROBERT Cattle Co.. This spectacular owl was along the south edge of the
tree stand perched facing south with a pink sky and frosted landscape. This
is species # 254 for this county this year. This is one spectacular bird!

Just some common sense rules to live by while looking at this bird.
Please DO NOT trespass off the county road! ALL land here is private!
Others are on their way to see this bird, so please be considerate and do
not flush this beauty or get too close to get photos.
Please do not block the road with your car or with a group of birders.
Thank-you for your adherence to these simple requests.

We are working very hard to make birding a form of tourism in this valley,
so if you stop at a business let them know what brought you here.
Later Mike
