The ParkGallery December Desktop Calendar image is my choice for the most
beautiful duck in the world, the Mandarin male... a bit on the lucky side,
he was only about 6000 miles off-course when he appeared a few weeks ago not
a few miles from my home, then graciously allowed me to photograph him in
his magnificence (with the help of some really nice humans)...

Of course, I couldn't leave our wayward visitor alone, as you will see...
