Hi, Not to say it's "not valid" (we all make our own distictions), but just
a note to say as I understand it, no Black Duck has yet to be "formally"
accepted in Washington (old Eastern Washington records "more likely").
For what they are worth, there are reports from even "way" northern Alaska
from "the1860's" and 1973.
