I responded to the email last week re: DARK-EYED JUNCOS in Seattle,
that I had seen none yet this year. Then Friday they arrived. Four
were foraging under my feeder with a group of six GOLDEN-CROWNED
SPARROWS and one WHITE-THROATED SPARROW; that was a first for my yard in
Magnolia. I have several poor photos if anyone is interested.
Also of note, I observed two TURKEY VULTURES moving south
down Magnolia bluff last week, and a PEREGRINE FALCON doing the same
Sunday.
