While at Juanita Beach Park today I saw a Bonaparte's Gull fly in to
join the throngs of other gulls, crows, ducks, and Killdeer just
north of the pier/walk. The Bonaparte's was having a blast taking a
bath in the gentle waves, and several times floated on his back --
behavior that reminded me of my Sun Conure in his goofiest moments.
