our turkey vultures head south and 2007 has been,
and still is, a good year. Following is the
report for Oregon, Washington, and British Columbia for September 2007:

05 ? 1 over the Wynoochee Valley; 1 near Brady;
~10 in the Bonneville Dam area (WA side)
06 ? 1 near Sequim; 1 at the Para Ponds; 30 in
the Bonneville Dam area (OR side)
08 ? 1 near Hoquium STP; 1 near the Ocean Shores
Game Range; ? at the Ridgefield NWR River S Unit;
1 at John?s River; 3 at Stanwood; 2 near Buckley
09 ? 1 soaring over Monroe; ? at Ridgefield NWR;
