I believe this sapsucker is a first-year RN Sapsucker.
That explains the lack of chest band.

It also explains the diminished red on nape.

I see no sign of hybridization w/ RB Sapsucker.
The wide supercilium and decreased nape spot could lead one to argue for a RN x YB Sapsucker hybrid, but I think this bird is well within the variation of first year RN Sapsucker.
