hi folks

rain cleared now for a couple of days -
some berries just coming ripe - watery, yes,
but everything is, my hat is just drying out.
just saw about thirty heermann's gulls on seal rocks just off point
migley...
they're probably the birds seen yesterday at sandy point.
a couple dozen surf scoters, 2 pairs of common loons in flight -
2 bald eagles in the snag at the point
a male and female harlequin taking off across the blue georgia strait
in the bright sun -
at last some fall
before winter
