Yesterday afternoon, about 3 p.m., I had to stop briefly at my townhouse near the intersection of Meridian and Martin before heading down to Nisqually NWR. As I reached the first turn on the driveway, I observed a strange looking crow. It took a second look to see that it was partially albino. As it walked away, I saw that the white was symetrical on both wings with some primaries and secondaries being white. It was quite impressive. Unfortunately, it flew to a neighboring complex before I could get a picture. I looked for it when a left for Nisqually NWR to no avail. I haven't heard of or ever seen an albino crow. Has anyone else seen any? I'll keep my eyes open in the future. If anyone else sees it, please let me know.
