October 23 - This is William Thacker (206) 778 5760. There is a BROWN
PELICAN at the Clinton ferry dock. When I saw him he was about 125
meters south of the dock, about 30 meters offshore, sitting with a
bunch of DOUBLE-CRESTED CORMORANTS. Thank you.
