Hi Tweeters,

On Sept. 23 Kelly Kindelspire, a member of Yakima Valley Audubon,
found a leutistic (nearly white) Double-crested Cormorant along the
Yakima River across from Buchanan Lake. He sent me a photo of
it. It is now on the BirdYak home page. You can see the photo at:

It is a really interesting photo. John Hebert and I saw this
cormorant flying north of Buchanan Lake on Oct. 12. No one has
reported it since then.
