Dear Tweeters;
My daughter and I went out to the Montlake Fill or UBNA Sunday around
9:30AM. We saw 15 species but no Tropical Kingbird. We saw an amazing amount
of crows - a crow convention for sure. A nice birder let us see the Coopers
Hawk through his scope. We later saw a bald eagle sitting on the pilings of
the dock of a Laurelhurst home. We had terrific views of two great blue
herons and were dazzled by the hooded mergensers in the main pond.

Other:
coots
gadwalls
buffleheads
pied billed grebes
shovelors
green winged teals
cormorants
1 robin
canada geese
2 redwinged blackbirds
