About two weeks ago I had the good fortune of being able to accompany a
group of UW grad students on a research trip to Tatoosh Island. I spent
three days surrounded by thousands of breeding seabirds and had many
incredible experiences along the way. I've spent the last two weeks
processing photos and putting together a new virtual field trip on my web
site. This is the first field trip I have created that includes sound (a
short sample taken while sitting in a blind in the murre colony). If you
