Saw twice about 7am and then about 8:30am a white bird with very pointed
wings and a very long and pointed tail. It's a good bit smaller than a Rock
Pigeon and a Mourning Dove. I'm guessing an escapee bird. Perhaps Woodland
Zoo has lost one of its cockatiels. It makes a single tone, loud call note.
Was silent at 7am but calling at 8:30am.

Location is Point Wilson, where King Co. and Snohomish Co. lines meet.
Richmond Beach community lies along Puget Sound there.
