Based on information in A Birder's Guide to Washington (Opperman, 2003), it seems that the Chelan Ridge Research site (page 425) is a good location to watch raptor migration this time of year.

Does anyone have any recent experience with this location? I'm considering going this weekend and would like to get feedback from others who have visited to see if this site is worthwhile.
