While doing a bird census of the park areas of Cape Disappointment
State Park, Pacific Co. this morning, I came across a mixed feeding
flock of chickadees, Warbling Vireos, and Yellow Warblers that also
included Black-throated Gray and Orange-crowned Warblers and two Common
Yellowthroats.

In the midst of the mob, out popped a hatch-year BLACKPOLL WARBLER.

The flock was working the mix of willows, cascara and alder behind
campsite #223. Which is one of the first that one comes to walking
toward the campsites from Waikiki Beach Parkingg lot.
