Subject: [Tweeters] A swirl of ravens

Late this afternoon, after the thunderstorms had passed and a ray of
sunshine poked out of the dark sky, in an opening, and quite high, a group
of 16 ravens were flying in circles all around each other in one big
swirling mass. They expanded maybe 15 feet across and it was a constant
tight set of circles, all more or less turning counterclockwise, some were
on a plane slightly above others. The whole group swirled away to the west
out of view. There was a modest amount of calling. I have never seen the
like of it.
