Hi all,

I just finished uploading photos of two extremely rare birds- the Rock Duck and the Belted Heron. Rumor has it, both of these species have a very peculiar migration pattern. It seems they arrive in the Northwest each year at 12am on April 1st. They migrate back out (to parts unknown) at 11:59 pm on the same day. If you would like to see them for yourself click here: http://www.goatislandimages.com/photogalleries.htm and choose the ?New Photos? gallery.
