Actually I believe the Padilla Bay CBC had 256 Eur Wigeons one year back in the early 90s, I'll have to check the data base at home. It seems that winter high concentrations have been known for some time; I also remember finding a late bird on May 27 in a flooded field near the West 90 one spring.

Also belatedly wanted to report that my first pugetensis WHITE-CROWNED SPARROW was singing from the electrical substation near the confluence of W. Machias Rd and Hwy 92 in Lake Stevens back on March 22.
