Robert,
I don't know what is the total number of species seen at Montlake Fill, but you can get a good start on compiling a list by referring to a paper by Kevin Aanerud in Volume One (December 1989), of Washington Birds. The paper is entitled "Birds observed at Montlake Fill, University of Washington Campus, Seattle, Washington, from 1972 to 1989" In this paper, Kevin states that he has seen 186 species there.

Subject: [Tweeters] Union Bay Species Count
Dearest Tweets,
Just curious, does anyone have a total, i.e., maximum, species count for "The Fill", aka Union Bay Unnatural Area?
My all time high in one visit was 57, within a 90 minute time span. But I'm interested in a total count for the site (no need to list all the species if inconvenient).
Many thanks,
Robert
