Today as I was cycling around the Dike Access Rd. in Woodland, Washington there were 4 Golden eagles (2 adults and 2 juveniles) perched in a birch tree at the south end of the road just before it turns to head east back to town. There is a boat launch there and trailer park. Also seen along the road were dozens of Sandhill cranes, Cackling geese as well as other raptors, swallows, and sparrows.
