Greetings Tweeters,

As some of you know, I've been monitoring a 100+ acre track of woodland in NE Lakewood (Pierce County) for over 4 years now. So new species don't come along very often anymore. This morning, along with the return of the Tree and VG Swallows, plus a very cozy pair of Red Tailed Hawks, I was treated to the very first Pileated Woodpecker I have ever seen at the site. That beings the species list there to 109 birds!

Good Birding,
-Rolan
