Subject: [Tweeters] Eastern Washington continues Sunday at Discovery Park

Hi Tweeters -
This morning (Sunday) down at the Lighthouse at Discovery Park
(Seattle), all the things reported by Penny Rose were still present -
5 Mountain Bluebirds [3 female, 2 male], 1 Say's Phoebe, and the
Yellow-bellied Marmot. Also, out in the sound several Bonapartes
Gulls were moving past, including at least some with nice black heads.

The Bluebirds were on the north beach, parallel to the buildings
almost at the lighthouse. The Say's Phoebe was also at about the same
place, often perching on the porch railing on the buildings near the
lighthouse.

It sure didn't feel like Eastern WA out there, with windy showers,
but the birding was good.

Best,

Matt Bartels
