Tweeters,

This weekend Tina and I birded in southern Ferry County and northwest
Lincoln County. We found a number of good birds for the area. In Ferry
County we found a LOGGERHEAD SHRIKE about one mile north of the Keller
Ferry. Between the Keller Ferry and Keller we also found two GREY
PARTRIDGE, three ROCK WREN, two CANYON WREN, and five NORTHERN SHRIKE.

In Lincoln County, we found a single EURASIAN WIDGEON at the Wilbur ponds,
and two LOGGERHEAD SHRIKE in the Swanson Lake Wildlife Area. Most of the
usual steppe-shrub birds were out and about in the Swanson Lake WLA.

Good birding,

Rick
