Well, it was a beautiful but windy low tide afternoon on the Discovery Park beaches today. I did see the Western Bluebirds, a lifer for this newbie, and I think I took a photo of the Say's Phoebe, a potential lifer. I've been trying to locate one since they've been reported in the area but, out of luck so far, until today I hope. Since it was in the same area as the Western Bluebirds I'm afraid it may be a drab Western Bluebird. I have posted a photo of the bird I think may be a Say's Phoebe on my FLICKR site in the recent photo's set.

Thank you in advance for your assistance. The folks on this site have been very helpful to this struggling new Birder in the past.

I did not however see the Marmot today. That would have been a lifer for me also. I'll get him next time.

Thanks Again for your assistance
