Bruce,
I think they are all courting the one female we spotted at Lake Sammamish State Park on Sunday. Our group observed two at once giving quite a display as well as another one who was "J" diving our friend who was wearing a bright red coat! Next time I'm down there I will extend your invitation to the boys to come your way.

They're usually here first to stake out the feeders and defend them. So the question is, who's got all the male Rufous Hummingbirds? Please send some my way - the ladies await them!!bru-- bru helmboldtUnion Hill, Redmond, WAhttp://www.helmboldt.usnew Tweeters merchandise athttp://www.cafepress.com/tweets
