Hi Tweeters,

I was amazed to look up and see a dark adult female Rough-legged Hawk
over the deck this morning at 11:55am - a first for my yard in Battle
Ground, Clark County. It circled a few times and then lined out due
north. I managed to get it in the scope for a better view for about
20 seconds or so. This followed four Red-tailed Hawks that were
circling overhead. However, I don't know if these are the local
Red-tails or migrants.
