Hello All,

Today we hit the road birding on this very warm day (75 degrees) and located
the following birds of note.

Am.Avocet-3 birds at Iowa Beef/Tyson Ponds
Eurasian Wigeon-2 males at Tyson Ponds
Tundra Swan-9 birds at Tyson Ponds, FLY OVER-a first there.
Am. White Pelican-27 over Tyson Pond in a thermal
Black-necked Stilts-21 birds at the Millet Field
Dunlin-21 birds at the Millet Field
Long-billed Curlew-2 birds at the Millet Field
Common Loon-1 bird at Burbank Heights HMU
Horned Grebes-6 at Burbank Heights
Coopers Hawk-2 at Burbank Heights HMU-very vocal & defensive
Wood Duck-12 birds at Burbank Heights HMU
Downy Woodpecker-1 male, west side race-this is a first for us in WW
Co.-Photos taken, Located at Two Rivers HMU.
Greater White-fronted Geese-300+ at MP 300 along HWY 12

Located one tick crawling up MerryLynns pant leg-so watch for them as they
are out! This time last week it was snowing al around us.
