This morning, a new cast of characters was down on the beach. There were 45+ Bonaparte's Gulls scattered all over the beach and the tideline today. They were in all degrees of plumage - from full breeding to interim to non-breeding. I was able to get a few pictures (they are very skittish, thus the long range focus) and posted them to my Flickr page for those of you interested.
