HI ALL:
I got a call from Brad Waggoner around 11:00am this morning and he had
just found a Eurasian Collared-Dove off of Miller Road. I arrived about
ten minutes later to find out the bird had just flown, probably to
Lovgreen Road. I turned around and headed to Lovgreen Road. I found Brad
with his scope. He had refound the bird and had it in the scope. I finally
have seen this bird! I felt like I was the only birder out there who
hasn't seen one yet! Also in the area were: Hammond's Flycatcher, Mourning
Doves, Rufous Hummingbird, Marsh Wren, AND FOR DIANN: 1 Turkey Vulture
flew overhead! Not a bad start to the week!
